Strength Training (45 - 90 mins) - M, W & F
- 9:00 am - (12 limit)
- 9:30 am - (12 limit)
- 10:00 am - (12 limit)
- 10:30 am - (12 limit)
- 3:00 pm - (12 limit)
- 3:30 pm - (12 limit)
Speed & Agility (60 mins) - Tues & Thurs
- 9:00 am - (12 limit)
- 10:00 am - (12 limit)
- 11:00 am - (12 limit)
