Strength Training (45 - 90 mins) - M, W & F

  • 9:00 am - (12 limit)
  • 9:30 am - (12 limit)
  • 10:00 am - (12 limit)
  • 10:30 am - (12 limit)
  • 3:00 pm - (12 limit)
  • 3:30 pm - (12 limit)

Speed & Agility (60 mins) - Tues & Thurs

  • 9:00 am - (12 limit)
  • 10:00 am - (12 limit)
  • 11:00 am - (12 limit)
